Production Legal

We handle all aspects of production legal on independent films from inception to distribution, guiding clients through the development phase by drafting and negotiating acquisition of intellectual property rights and life story rights. We regularly form holding companies for each film where we are engaged as production counsel. In addition, we have experience preparing private placement memorandums and negotiate investor agreements. During an independent film’s pre-production phase we draft and negotiate talent agreements as well as counsel producer clients on SAG, WGA and DGA signatory applications. |
